At Speed Bay Warehouse Solutions, we’re redefining what it means to invest in and manage industrial real estate. As a vertically integrated platform built by the founders of Black Creek Group, we move fast, think entrepreneurially, and give our people real responsibility from day one. That includes our interns.
Our Internship Program is designed for students who want more than busywork. Each intern is placed with a focus in one of our core departments: Acquisitions, Asset Management, Accounting/Finance, Legal/Due Diligence, or Technology. You’ll work alongside experienced professionals on the deals and properties that make up our growing portfolio of shallow bay, multi-tenant light industrial assets.

The experience
What You'll Do
- Take on meaningful, business-critical projects within your chosen department (not just shadowing), with direct exposure to how a real estate investment platform actually operates
- Partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to solve real problems facing our portfolio
- Build functional expertise in your focus area while gaining a broad view of the commercial real estate lifecycle, from acquisition through asset management
- Present your work to Speed Bay leadership at the end of the program
The candidate
What We're Looking For
Rising seniors only: currently enrolled in an undergraduate program and entering your final year at the time of the internship
- A course of study aligned to one of our focus areas (e.g., Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, Business, Legal Studies/Pre-Law, Computer Science/MIS)
- Strong analytical skills and genuine curiosity about commercial real estate
- A self-starter mentality: comfortable asking questions, taking initiative, and owning your work
- Collaborative, detail-oriented, and excited to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
